REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a 1 Euro deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the app and the FrameLock will open automatically. The maximum rental period per bike is 24 hours.<\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental for up to 12 hours. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at an official MyRadl location and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.<\/p>\n
