Get rolling – and enjoy a quiet ride with zero emissions. Get started for just 1 Euro – or even less with a public transport ticket.

How it works

REGISTRATION

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a 1 Euro deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.

RENTAL

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the app and the FrameLock will open automatically. The maximum rental period per bike is 24 hours.

PAUSE RIDE

Pause your ride without ending the rental for up to 12 hours. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.

RETURN

Return your bike at an official MyRadl location and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a MyRadl location , a service fee of at least 20 Euro will be charged.

Our tariffs

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.

Basic rate

€1/30 min

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 9 Euro/24 h.

for public transport subscribers

Basic rate

€0/30 min

The first 30 minutes per rental are free of charge. After thatthe basic rate applies.

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 18 Euro/24 h.

for public transport subscribers

Basic rate

€1,50/30 min

The first 30 minutes per rental are reduced to 1,50 Euro. After that the basic rate applies.

Pedal Bike + E-bike

Monthly subscription

€10/month

Pedal bikes:
The first 30 minutes per rental are included. For each additional half hour, you pay 1 Euro
(max. 9 Euro/24 hours).

E-bikes:
The first 30 minutes per rental cost 1.50 Euro. For each additional half hour, you pay 3 Euro
(max. 18 Euro/24 hours).

Your bonus with a public transport subsription

With a valid MVG or MVV public transport subscription, you can usually ride for free for the first 30 minutes.
