How it works

Under-18s can only register in conjunction with an adult’s account. Adults are liable for the accounts of minors:

1. Register using your phone number
2. Open the wallet in the nextbike app and link to the partner “Minors”, entering the phone number of the adult account holder (e.g. a parent)
3. A verification code will be sent to the adult’s phone number
4. Enter the code in the U18 account under ‘Partner Link’
5. Add a valid payment method. If the U18 account goes into the red, the adult account is liable
